I’m Crystal — the face and heart behind the lens. Based in London, Ontario, I began my photography journey in 2019 and turned my passion into a part time career in 2022.

Photography, for me, is a constant evolution — my knowledge and creativity are always growing and adapting. I specialize in capturing families, couples, maternity, children, and brand imagery, focusing on authentic moments that tell your story.

There’s something magical about holding a photograph in your hands, flipping through an album, or glancing at a portrait of your loved ones on the wall. These are more than just images — they’re the pieces that make up your legacy.

Outdoor Sessions (family, couples and maternity)

I offer outdoor sessions lasting either 30 or 60 minutes. These photoshoots are relaxed and natural, with minimal posing or props. There are no strict rules—just gentle direction from me on where to go and what to do. My goal is to capture genuine love, connection, and emotion in an artistic way. During your session, I’ll take a balanced mix of posed and candid shots, making sure to include any specific requests you have.

Your booking also includes a pre-session consultation by phone or email, where we’ll discuss the location, timing, wardrobe, and your overall vision for the shoot.

Studio Portrait Sessions

Studio sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes. During your session, I’ll guide you through poses that match the mood or theme you want to capture. These sessions focus more on you and less on the environment, creating timeless, expressive portraits. I’ll listen to your ideas and requests as I help you pose, ensuring the experience feels relaxed and enjoyable. Studio sessions are ideal for families of up to six members, couples, maternity portraits, and children.

BRANDING + HEADSHOTS: Brand photos plus headshots! This package is perfect for individuals or small teams (up to 3 people) who want fresh, on-brand content for their website and social media. Branding photos capture you in action—showing your personality, workspace, products, or behind-the-scenes moments—to help tell your story and connect authentically with your audience.

FAQ

When will we receive our images?

Up to 3 weeks from your session date. Photography is my part time passion and I work a full time job through the week. If I can get them to you sooner I will!

How long do you keep galleries backed up on your computer?

My contract states that I will retain the edited images on my computer for 1 year. So, don't just download them to your desktop or laptop... Also back them up in another way!

Can you photoshop me to make me look younger and thinner?

Sorry – but no! I’m all about embracing imperfections and celebrating our bodies as they are. I individually edit each of your photos to correct colour / contrast / exposure, and I will fix minor skin blemishes and marks if you want me to. I cannot change hairstyles, remove tan lines, change the colour of your walls or just generally make things appear different than they actually are! If you would like additional retouching, this would incur an additional hourly charge and will be outsourced to a professional retoucher.

What's an online gallery?

It's your own private link, where you can view and download images to your computer. When I'm finished editing your images, I'll send the link to your gallery, via email. It's private/password protected and you can forward to your friends and family if you want!

BOOKING FEES / CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / TARDINESS

BOOKING FEES: 30% of your package price is required upfront to reserve your date. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

NO SHOW: If you don't call, or no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and I will not schedule with you again. Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you. Therefore, I are not able to schedule someone else. I do not tolerate no call no show clients.

RESCHEDULING: I understand that life happens. People get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give me 24 hrs notice. If you happen to fall ill the day of your session, please reschedule. Your photos will look better if you are feeling well rested and at your best!

TARDINESS: Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please call me. I respect every single client's time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine. If you have a 60 minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and we will have the right to cancel the session.
